Which DJI drone is best for a beginner?＋
The Lito, Neo and Flip ranges are the easiest starting points. Choose Neo for simple social content, Flip for protected propellers, or Lito for more traditional camera-drone control.
Do you deliver across South Africa?＋
Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa. Ground control will contact you to confirm dispatch and delivery arrangements.
How are online payments handled?＋
Your order is sent to Yoco's secure hosted checkout. Drones R Us does not collect or store your card details, and an order is only treated as paid after Yoco confirms it directly.
Can I still request a quote?＋
Yes. Complete the enquiry form and send your flight brief by WhatsApp or email if you want advice or availability confirmed before buying.
Do I need a licence to fly a drone?＋
Requirements depend on where, why and how you fly. Recreational and commercial operations are treated differently. We recommend checking current SACAA rules before take-off.
What happens if my drone needs support?＋
Contact ground control with your order details and the issue. We'll help troubleshoot and guide the applicable warranty or repair process.
